The "Come Learn" program is open to any young person between the age of 9-18 years who has some musical ability in the playing of any instruments associated with the bluegrass music genre. The program allows the holder to attend any Just Pickin event (day entrance) free of charge (with an accompanying adult) to meet, learn and play with other bluegrass musicians. 

The program application must be applied for and approved at least ten days before the date of any event.
