Why are we using Invite QR codes ?

They assist us in knowing who is attending as these events are meant exclusively for the bluegrass community and are not open to the general public as we do not wish to be overwhelmed by an influx of people just looking for a cheap camping weekend.

Will I need a invite QR code if I have never attended Just Picking weekend before ?

No.. your details will be taken at the reception so next time you attend you will receive a invite QR code but you should be a musician or wanting to learn bluegrass style.

Will I need a invite QR code if I have attended a Just Pickin weekend previously?

It's not truly needed if you have attended before as we already have your details and you will receive a QR code 7 days before an event, it helps to identify who is at the venue for the security of all attendees.
